Wow! The prepared sushi and sashimi were all good (tuna, yellowtail, salmon). The uni was fresh, flavorful, creamy, tasted great and the price was not bad at all! Everyone was really nice and they had items there that I haven’t seen in other stores recently

Their fish selection is amazing! I really appreciate how each is labeled not only with the kind but whether it’s wild or farmed and where it’s sourced from. They have sushi grade fish and even fresh wasabi root from Half Moon Bay.

The fish here is consistently fresh, and while it may seem expensive, the quality makes it absolutely worth the cost and it's still cheaper than dining out. The market is fairly cramped and small, but it's chock full of everything you'd need to make an exquisite dinner. The fish mongers are knowledgeable and friendly, and while the line can get super long, it also moves very quickly. All of the food I've purchased there is fresh and the service is friendly. It's a great stop for when we're in the mood for some fresh sushi.

I am from Maine. We don't have fish market like this. In fact, we don't even have Japanese stores. It is so hard to find a good Japanese cuisine in Maine. This place is absolutely amazing! I strongly recommend everyone. They have sushi, sashimi, and delicious Japanese food and the price is excellent!

Great all around asian food market and fish counter. The fish is not the least expensive, but by and large is of high quality. Also has a good assortment of asian/ japanese specialty produce you can always get fresh noodles, pickles, a huge variety of specualty rice. I always get an onigiri when I go. They remind me of the onigiri you’d find in a thpical japanese “conbi”

Amazing selection of fish and sashimi among other Japanese goods. (Fresh Asian Veggies, Frozen Gyoza, A5 Jap Wagyu, Oysters, Noodles) I love going here to pick up high quality sashimi for a sushi dinner at home for ~$100 (feeding 5 people) and that’s with A LOT of sashimi per person. It’s a small shop, but most of what you need for Japanese and/or oriental cuisine.

Fantastic selection of fish, sushi, sashimi (sold in single person portions or cut off a chunk of fish), Asian vegetables, spices, fish cakes, you name it… service is prompt and friendly, the produce are fresh, attractive and appetising.
